CD Player Broke, any suggestions?

My CD player broke, radio works just fine, just when you hit CD, it reads CD erorr. I unplugged it and it worked for about a week then did the same thing except unplugging it wont fix it now, any siggestions?

If it's the factory crap unit, just go buy a new stereo. Something decent. My factory 6 CD changer quit giving me back my CDs...so I bought a Kenwood head unit. Have a DNX6140 in there now. Very nice...touchscreen, GPS, Bluetooth, USB...it's friggin awesome.

I kinda like the stock 6disc, dont really want to change. May be a stupid question, but would a 05+ work in the same location, my buddy just said thats all he has but he'll give me one for free? I'd still rather fix mine, craigslist doesent have any 460's

mine gives me cd errors every once in a while as well. I usually just turn the car off and back on and it fixes it.

I'm waiting for my harness to come and ill be replacing it with my kenwood excelon hu that's inmy saturn.
