Celebration thread!!

Yea so I just had to brag that I got approved for my loan of 2400 bucks so I can FINISH MY STANG (except for a fresh paint job which will come around tax time january).

I am redoing the suspension and brakes as well as getting some new sport seats from summit and some new headlights. I will also be getting my new spec stage 3 clutch to compliment my tremec that has been sitting in the garage for the last year and a 3:73 installed in the rear.

which is precisely why its taken me 3 years to finish mine.. no credit cards, no loans, no nothing.. im scared of debt after what my ex put me through...

Well I already have 20+ grand in the car...whats 2500 more?

I refinanced a loan that I already had and it worked out to only run me 10 more dollars a month so I said what the hell why not.

My wife left me about 2 months ago cause of a blowout I had with her parents (defending her mind you) and thats a whole nother long ass story that I dont really want to get into lol..

But in the end this makes me happy and its what I need right now. Once I got married my car sat for a year with a blown trans after I invested 20+k into it. Well it will see this summer if it kills me.

Man, i know what you mean... my ex and i decided to call it quits, but what i didnt know (she was handling the bills) was that she had already let the house payment, her car payment, our pool, and every other bill 3 months behind. needless to say, i had to sell everything i had just bought for my car... heads, intake, cam, you name it.. just to barely catch up to where they wouldnt reposess my house. and after it took me almost 2 plus years to pay off all of her chit, i finally have rebought everything minus a few odds and ends... but trust me.. i have considered selling the thing so may times, i lost count.. but im glad i stuck through it and she should be running this summer good luck with yours too man!

That is EXACTLY what I'm going thru right now. My X did the same shi t to me. I just had to file bankruptcy.

I got robbed but whatever...shes going to file at some point and I hope that its soon. I love the girl more than anything but shes not giving me the option of resolution, shes choosing to move forward. I cant make her stay with me so I just decided that I am going to finish my 7 year project and make this summer about me.
