The MII full console is the same for either. The chromed plastic trim bezel is different, but it just comes out. If you have an auto now, your bezel has a larger opening, so you could just keep that one if you wanted. The 4 speed bezel just has a round hole in it for the OEM shifter boot as opposed to the automatic's rectangle opening.
