The car will hopefully be done this weekend and i'm going to need to take it somewhere to get aligned. I've heard that most shops have no idea what to do with C/C plates, does anyone in the area know a shop that will?

I have MM C/C plates and MM bump steer kit. We'll set the bump steer spacers here so the shop should just need to set the toe, caster and camber.

Preferably close to where I live (Deland/Daytona) so I don't have to drive too far.

Thanks

Last time I had mine done, I went to Discount Tire. No arguments about the C/C plates and they aligned it to the specs I provided. BUT the mechanic didn't tighten the lock nuts on the outer tie rod ends. I found that several days later when I did some minor work under the car.

I took mine to Irish Mike's on Forsythe in Orlando. They do a lot of work with road racing cars and our local autocross club. They will dial in the suspension based on your particular parameters.

CC plates allow you to adjust things the way you want them not just back to stock specs. Might as well take advantage of them.

The first call I made to a local Tire Kingdom said they would do it on Saturday. I'm a little worried that they just said they could do it without knowing what it means to have aftermarket CC plates, or maybe they do actually know what they are doing.
