hey guys whats up? havent posted in a while cuz i have been deployed to kosovo with the army for the past 8 months. i just went home on leave and talked to my dad about painting my car for me and i want to order my cowl hood soon so he doesnt have to wait for it while he is painting. my question is should i just send him to swap meets to pick up a cheaper hood or is cervinis quality worth the money? i have never seen a cervinis hood so i dont know how good they are from what i hear they are among the best on the market comparable only to harwood. are my thoughts correct on this or am i better off getting a cheaper hood at ffw or a swap meet

i wouldnt get a cheap hood unless you want to do alot of repairs on it before paint. Youll have to skim coat those cheap hoods to get all the waves out. I have a cervinis and a very happy.

Every cervinis hood i have seen in person has had great fit compared to other aftermarket hoods.

You pay a little more, but as with anything you get what you pay for.

I would only buy a cervini's hood

Not for the price I wouldn't buy a Cervini.
There are others and half the price.

my buddy bought a cobra r svo from champion fiberglass and it fits fine, got it shiped to canada for 500 bucks or under..VERY good if you ask me

These guys designed their latchs out of steel and up to oe spec. I got their hood before and fit great. I like the oe front and rear lacthes.

Another vote for Cervinis. The shop that painted mine does a lot of body kits and they said it was the best piece of fiberglass they'd ever worked with.
