I was fitting my stalker bumper on my car today and couldn't figure one part out. The center lip between the two mounting tabs, does it go over the plastic grill or squeeze under it?

What plastic grill? I put mine on myself and don't remember any issue. Do whatever looks/fits better.

Sorry. Not the grill but the plastic part that surrounds the pony.
