CFM 2100? CARB

I bought a remanufactured 2100 carb for my 1968 289 coupe. How do I know what cfm it is if it doesn't have a tag or stamp on outside? The car will barely run if I hold the pedal down and is really rich.

Yeah that's all I can find on Google. My next step is to open float bowl.

I just happen to have the Autolite carb info for 2100 carbs. There are cast numbers on the side of the carb that show the size. .098 = 190 cfm / 1.01 = 240 cfm / 1.02 = 245 cfm / 1.08 = 287 cfm / 1.14 = 300 cfm / 1.21 = 351 cfm / 1.23 = 356 cfm / 1.33 = 424 cfm. I hope this helps. Oh, I am the first generation go-to guy for inline 6-cylinder engines on the Mustang 6 Association on-line. I am known as Old Geezer (I am 75 years old and a long time Street Rodder) with a 65 Mustang coupe running a modified inline 200...now 206 with a 2100 2-barrel.
