Changing heads, couple questions

Have a '67 Fastback with a 302 out of a '68-ish Galaxy that was refreshed twenty years ago, and is definately in need of more performance. So far I've installed a full exhaust including long tube headers and a MSD box/coil, etc, and it came with a Performer intake and Carter 4bbl.

Then recently I got ahold of a pair of D0OE Windsor heads and an Edelbrock Performer cam, which I'm thinking will really help wake things up.

So, my questions are...

-Will I have piston/valve clearance issues with the bigger valves, even with such a mild cam?

-Will my intake/long tubes fit the D0OE Windsor heads?
