Changing stock differential clutches

Does anyone know where I can get detailed instructions on how to change the clutches in a stock differential? I've never done this before so any help with instructions would be appreciated. Thanks!

The traction loc rebuild kits from Ford say that they come with detailed instructions. I've never seen them before, but I just ordered the kit. I can let you know.

Putting the new clutches in is fairly simple, but then you have to reinstall the differential and make sure everything has the propper backlash or your going to screw up your rearend.

Looked at the angelfire site and it was very detailed. However, you do not need to remove the ring gear to do the swap. I have to do mine as well. It lasted 134K miles.
