changing valve covers?

Hey i got some new valve covers and i need to replace them... i also have to add a intake spacer. The intak part is easy but do you guys know any tricks to remove the passanger valve cover without removing the smog equipments.. all help is greatly appreicated

I actually pulled mine out last night, with all the smog stuff still in there. You just gotta wiggle it around, just be careful when putting the new ones on that you dont scratch them up.

you do know the smog hoses are held on by simple hose clamps right?

3 min an all the smog crap is off.

Just be careful, and wiggle. There are a couple of easy things you have to remove, but that's it.
