I have a question about the charcoal canister.. I think it is hooked up ... but can someone check too see if there is two open holes at the top of their charcoal canister... There is two lines going to it though... maybe it should or shouldn't be open at the top.. And does anyone know what I could use to cap off the a/c vacuum lines... and another thing... After I replace the vacuum lines if I still get errors related to the tad tab solenoids/diverters..... is there anywhere you can get those parts... .or is there other parts that would work because ford doesn't make them anymore....

you should have covers over the holes on top. no lines go to those holes. if your talking about the 2 holes in the front of the cannister the yes there are kines that go to them. i think 1 lines goes to the intake and the other lines goes to the fuel tank.

you can buy rubber caps to plug the a/c vacuume line you can get them most auto parts stores.

seems like 50 resto carried the tab-tad sensors or to a junk yard

There are caps that cover those holes, but they are vented. They are there to keep water out, but allow fresh air in when the solenoid opens and purges the vapors that have collected in the canister.
