I have a couple problems and was wonder if you guys would know where the problems are coming from. I just recently purchased a 94 GT with 103K miles on it. The engine is in top shape and runs really smooth considering. Here are my problems:
1) When I'm in 4th gear during exceleration and bring my speed up to about 70 or 80 mph and begin to shift into 5th, it starts vibrating like hell and sometimes makes it difficult to put it in 5th gear. Any ideas why this would be happening?
2) This problem does't happen all the time but occurs more often than not. When I turn at low speeds in 1st gear, I hear a grinding/chatter noise that sounds like coming from the rear. This happends more when I take right turns than left. Again, any advise?
