Anybody buy one of these kits???

I bought one since it looked like a pretty good deal. Now I am not quite sure how to install it. The pipes are much larger than the TB and MAF sensor but there are 2 silicone connectors.

Just curious if anybody has one of these and how did you install it.

I'm assuming it didn't come with instructions? You'll probably just have to experiment a little bit to see which pieces go where by how well they fit. If you have the stock mass air box you'll have to take that completely apart to expose the mass air meter. Do you have a Chiltons manual, these things help alot?

Something like this....

Rains is right on these kits...I bought one as I need to homey something for my 93 Cobra set-up...
This os how the MAF fits...

And this is the pc they sent for the TB connection....W.T.F. ???? I can't use it anyway, but i do have to contact them for the correct pc....I'll just sell it..This is a Bomz kit....was only like 40.00

i hate mine, LOL

the install was the worst, the rubbers were much smaller
than the metalized (sp) plastic so i had to boil the rubber pieces to even be able to fit onto the pipes and the TB/MAF

the clamps it came with where also, small and i had to get new ones and the bolts to connect the MAF to the filter adapter didn't fit either.....

and it scuffs really easily...

i bought a MAC for my old 88 and it as awesome no hassle... Ebay pipes = headache for me

and the filter was tiny

I had no problems with the one I got from www.procarparts.com It is the same as the one on e-Bay I believe. Merkstang, I believe viperos has a K&N for sale.

I have the same one. I have a 75mm Pro Flow, and it had no flange to connect to the piping, but I just used one of those rubber things to go around the outside of the MAF to the inside of the pipe. My install was easy, but I suggest getting a bigger rubber clamp from Ace or Home Depot...
