What i your definition of "cheap"? A couple of hundred $, or more? What mods? Engine only or chassis/suspension as well? An underdrive crank pulley in my opinion is "cheap". The SCT tuner is "cheap" when you think of it as how much HP per $ spent. A little clarity goes a long way in helping you get the information you want.
