Where is the cheapest place to get a catted h or x pipe?? Are there any under $200?

I have the Pypes Off-Road X-Pipe on my 2002 MustangGT and it works great it cost $150 trust me it's worth it.

Mustang Tuning has a catted X if you are looking for that. I think it's around $280. That's a great price for a catted X.

Does Texas require catted X-pipe, or can I get away with running an off-road?? If I can go offroad I just saved a $hitload of money!!

texas, by law, requires cats to be legal. however, you can ge away w/ no cats, like me. some places that do inspections dont even look under the car. and yes, i wanted to save money too, so i went o/r. great choice

i just put on my mustangtuning catted x

to my surprise its really close to as loud as my friend with an offroad mac h (same weld-in flows). its surprisingly loud for catted. i love it. sounds very sweet. got lots of compliments so far.
