Cheapest place to pick up a upr x pipe?

Upr sells their x pipe for 150, plus 15 for shipping, plus tax(since I live in fl ) That would bring the total to 175 without the mil's. Does anyone know where I can pick one up for a little cheaper? I havent seen any new ones on ebay. Also where would be the best place to buy mil's, I've seen them on ebay for 10 bucks each but I'm worried they may be junk. I hear the upr x doesnt sit as low as some other x pipes, and the price is appealing. If anyone with the pipe doesnt recomend it please tell me why, thanks!
