Anyone know why my engine light doesn't show codes on my Predator? The Predator shows that there are no codes on, but the CEL is on and I failed a Smog check due to the damned light. Two weeks ago it showed a P1000 (failed to complete drive cycle) and a P0161 (fouled O2 sensor bank 2 rear 2), now it doesn't show anything but the light is still on. Anyone know something that can help me?

the IAC? What would it have to do with the O2 sensors?

I meant i was getting the CEL and no codes. I would clear it with my tuner and get the CEL again. When I took it to get dynojet he found my IAC was bad. I just know when i left the tuner shop all was well. no problem ever since.

If the light is on there has to be a code. I would try a different scan tool. Only other thing would be the light itself is shorted in the cluster BUT when they do the smog check in most states they plug into the DLC and check the OBD2 monitors

Does the Predator display Ford specific P codes as well as the generic OBD II codes?
If not, maybe he is getting a Ford specific code.
