I just had my MIL Eliminators installed a few weeks ago and had my inspection done. Everything went well and my check engine light remained off for a few weeks after my inspection. Just a couple days ago my check engine light cut back on and I crawled under my car to see if they came undone. They're still plugged in and zipped tied out of the way, but I still can't figure out why my light is on. Would it be possible that I have a faulty O2 sensor, eliminator, etc.?

Have the code checked and come back with the code read. Most auto parts stores do it for free.

there are about 200 or more things that'll cause a check engine light

yes, a faulty o2 sensor can be one of them
