Could someone tell me how I check my clutch adjustment on my '94 and how do I know if it is right? Maybe some cables that you would recomend replacing it with.

Whats wrong? With the stock quadrant you just pull up the pedal until it clicks and it self adjusts.

My throwout bearing is going bad VERY quickly. I just got it a few weeks ago so I havent really had time to learn how to do alot of the stuff like that on it.

So I just pull up the clutch pedal untill it clicks?

EDIT: If I apply the SLIGHTEST amount of pressure to the clutch I can hear the bearing whistleing, but after I apply a little more pressure it just whines.

How old is the throwout bearing? Is the pilot bearing ok? It describes how to adjust it in the manual. Just pull it up.

The throwout bearing has been changed twice in the past 5 months. My friend that had it before me didnt change the pilot bearing, atleast that I know of. And I dont have the Owners manual. But im pretty sure I can pull it up online somewhere.
