Checklist for fuel pump problems.. Mini-how to?

If the fuel pump will not prime at all when the ignition is turned to ON:

A) Check inertia switch in trunk. Red button should be pushed in a little.

B) Check 20a fuse #14 (in the corner) in the fusebox by the battery.

C) Check relay (Where?)

D) Check voltage at pump harness.. (What color wires are these/where is the connector?)

E) If pump is getting no voltage from step D, jump a 12v wire directly to pumps 12v lead to test pump manually (again, where is this?)



What else?

Check for blown PCM Fues, you will see ----- on the odometer.

Check for blown PCM Fues, you will see ----- on the odometer.

Odo is fine, no blown fuses.. There is power going in and out of the inertia switch as well, so I can assume everything is fine up to at least that point I guess..
