im sure there are a few of you with these kits but i was looking at the universal kit because i would rather have the vents in the dash rather than underneath... anyone do this type of install yet?
sorry bout that, i've got a 66 coupe id like to install the universal system into and have the vents incorporated into the dash, also is it just cheap flexible hoses that connect the ducts to the fan?
I did a classic auto air install. ITs a bit of a pain, but I will say looks good when done. My only suggestion is to check the length of the hoses when you get the kit. every one of mine was 3 in short and I had to purchase all new hoses.
