cleaning air filter

Hey,
I have a K&N filter recharger kit that I had from my old t-birds cold air kit, but now i have a MAC CAI. So can i use the K&N filter recharger with the cleaner and the oil?? Or no? How does everyone else clean their airfilters? Thanks.

You can use the K&N kit on the MAC filter.
