Cleaning Throttle Body

I just pulled off the throttle body on my 95 and it has a lot of build up on it. Also the intake manifold has quite a bit of build up on the portion I can see with just the throttle body off. Is there anything I can do to clean the intake manifold without taking the whole thing off? Thanks for the help.

spray it down with carb cleaner it should be ok the carb cleaner will get burned out in seconds wouldnt do any harm will just idle funky.for a couple seconds
