I have a billet overlay for my gauge pod but it requires the removal of the clear cover on the pod . Has anyone done because it seems impossible to get off. Heeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllppppppppppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!

I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel and cut in between the seam with the clear plastic and the black plastic base. you have to be carefull though, you just want to cut through about 1/16" all the way around the bezel, then GENTLY pry off the clear lens with a small flathead or exacto. then I just jb welded it back togeher on the edges. hope theis helps there might be a better way, but that's how I did mine...

I just had mine out a few months ago and I think that it is two sided tape I'm not 100% but I know the Autometer cluster had double stick there.

My Autometer lens was glued, just like the one from the factory. :(
