Clearing trouble codes

Im probably one of very few that dont know how to properly clear the trouble codes from the computer. Can anyone tell me? Thanks.

you can do it while pulling codes (IIRC, something like disconnecting the connectors while scanning - check the repair manual or scantool directions).

or disconnect the battery for a period.
