Recently ive noticed a click or pop noise when i go over bumbs in the stang comming from the rear of the car.... i checked my lugs and the DS and looked at the shocks and they were not leaking or anything... i thought it was something moving in the trunk... i checked in there and empyd it out... still makes the noise...
you think it could be a bad bushing or something in the back???
thanks,

could be the infamous rear sway bar breaking. but the noise should also happen on sharp turns also. so like if you go and pull a u-turn do you get any noise like a pop or clunk from the rear? so no swinging donuts cause thats how i snapped mine.

or when you changed springs did you replace the spring isolators?

the isolators "might" be the cause.

before i got my springs and shock installed i was told without the isolators that there's a chance of noise from the suspension. "just some squeaks nothing big"
i said no thanks order me up some new poly isolators.
but you almost got a needle in a hay stack.

goodluck

check rear shocks, quad shocks(if you still have them) and the bushings.

If you got bad bushings then just buy a contol arm set, you can get them pretty cheap and its much easier to just bolt those in. Then you can get rid of the quad shocks.

If your shocks are bad, get a set of tokico's

worn out parts are a nice excuse to upgrade!
