when i turn my lights on the clock goes black. when i turn them off it comes back. alot of times it will just randomly blink on and off, and never hold time. could it be the fuse? any suggestions?

+1 i have the same problem but turning my light on doesnt effect it, it just comes on and off every few minutes...with the wrong time

Same problem with mine. Went to the junk yard and got another one for $6.

i had the same problem when i installed my pioneer deck. just get rid of the clock and put in the gauge pod.

Yeah sounds like time for a new clock, no pun intended. Im not really sure how theyre wired but if it was a fuse problem, the clock would not work intermittently. Sounds almost like an intermittent wiring problem. Have you added anything to the car? In any case, MPS salvage has them on ebay for starting bids of 99 cents so why not just replace it.
