Id like my 2000 V6 convertible to be able to beat stock mustang GT's of my model year. Any ideas on the route I should take to achieve this goal? No forced induction or nitrous oxide. Also whats a good brand for a true dual exhaust and any websites? What else besides CAI, Dual exhaust and pulleys would help me to achieve beating stock GTs? Thx guyz

Actually I was considering Dry shot of nitrous. Any ideas on what I should use for a dry shot and any recomendations on kits for the v6? Also is there much work to installing my self? Nitrous does scare me a bit but if its relatively easy to do then im up for the challenege. But nitrous is on my list but no turbo/super cus i cant afford those.

If you have no experience hooking up nos, then don't do it yourself...too many things can go bad and I've seen it happen a few times. If you want to beat a GT, flatten all the GT's tires and then race it..lol. Seriously, without a power adder, you would have to do too much to make worth it and I mean that it would cost more to do it that way than say, just buying and installing a GT engine. IF it were me, I would look for a 5.0 somewhere and build it. Unless you can find a 4.6 dohc:D

I gotta get experience installing it somewhere eh tho? Plus being that im going in the automotive field im pretty sure I should be able to hook up nitrous. Plus the nitrous is my power adder....... Either way nobody's answering the questions. Looking for peoples advice on recomendations for Nitrous and im going to use a wet shot anyways. SO please someone any websites for a wet kit and any brand recomendations? Just some help on what to choose not if im capable of it or not. I understand its my first time but i am defintlky up for a challenge and if all goes bad whatever ill have a pro do what i couldn't. Asuming I dont blow my car up:)
