Clutch Cable Bad??

Yes it is stretched. You will ned a new one. And something that seemed to help me a bit when mine was like that was to lift the pedal up and make sure there's no more clicks left in your self adjuster. Might as well get hte aftermarket stuff (quadrtant, Firewall adjuster, and adjustable cable)since you'll be doing the job anyway.
