clutch cable C-clip broke

does neone no where i can find another one of these.. i went to pick n pull and al of the mustangs i found didnt have them, i hope everyone noes wat im talking about itsa cclip that holds the ball on the end of the cable in place.... after pick n pull i went to a carquest and autozone and they still didnt have nething like it with the correct size and all.. only other thing i can think of is using a washer and a dremel tool to cut a line in it to slip the cable in ya know.. but the c clip have a dish look to it, so if i use a washer which is straight wont the placement be off? ne help is needed!! merry xmas, thanks

how about a new one click on link. i also think i've seen a cable adjustment ball with a hole for the cable and screw for tightning on a trans. detent cable or something like that anyone know what i'm talking about.

thanksfor the line but i dont need a whole new cable.. just the c clip.. and it didnt look like that came with one neways

i would think a parts store would have one of those. thats the kinda thing i would think you would find on one of those twirlly things with all the interior screws and wierd fasteners.

help section of the parts store should have it. otherwise you will have to get a doorman/motormite catalog. try year one or late model resto.
