clutch cable help!

Please tell me that the non adjustable clutch cable will fit on an aftermarket quadrant and the trans... please just tell me that it will. I put in a new clutch today and flywheel and wanted to replace the cable and was having a HELL of a time. Tommorow is another day though!

It depends upon the quadrant you choose to use. Some aftermarket quads require use of their long adjustable cable (or another long cable - not the OEM shorty). It's just hit or miss. If the quadrant is long, chances are decent that you will need a longer cable. My old SVO single hook quadrant was like this.
