I'm having issues installing a Steeda Adjustable clutch cable kit. Any help is appreciated.
1st problem is that I cannot get the firewall adjuster into the hole in the firewall.. Seems like it's a tad to big. I tried tapping it in with a hammer but no luck..
2nd issue is the quadrant is a tad too thick to get on the back rod of the clutch pedal assembly (hope that makes sense.)

Any tips or help you all can provide would be great. Thank you.

Yeah those instructions came with the kit.. Only issue is that the adjuster will not fit the firewall and the quadrant is a tad too thick... I was just kinda seeing if any one had any suggestions or if they ran into this problem too. And how they fixed or what they did.

I do not remember any problems with getting the firewall adjuster to fit on my 89 Mustang 5.0. Like I said call their support number...

I tried tapping the adjuster into the firewall using a mallet but it wouldn't budge.. I'll probably give them a shout sometime next week. Thanks for the help.
