Hey guys I am having a realling aggravating situation here and i don't seem to know what it is. I turn the car on and i put it in reverse and start to pull back and all of a sudden i get like jolted forward as though there was something not letting it keep rolling. It continued to do this then it shut off on me. I turn the car back on and it wont come out of reverse!!:bang: I have the clutch fully engadged and still nothing. After pumping the clutch a few times it slides out. Any idea as to what the hell is going on here?

i figured it was either that or the clutch fork. Also when it is in neutral and i have don't have the clutch pressed down it makes this like really loud clancking noise. But when i puss it down the clanking stops. is that also the throw out bearings?

i would buy a clutch kit while you're in there, the problem should be obvious once the tranny is out, a good clutch kit is 150-200 with everything you'll need for a stanard rebuild, not including replacement of the clutch fork (if you need it), and resurfacing of the flywheel, which should always be done when a clutch is replaced and costs 30-50.00, good luck and it's not really that hard, but it helps to be strong enough to bench that tranny into position
