Clutch or transmission? need help

I just chaged my clutch and now every time I shift into second gear it wont stay in and it does it sometimes in third. Someone told me it could be my flywheel. Do I need a new tranny or flywheel?

Did you change the shifter? Because if you have, the locking bolts may be adjusted wrong. The bolts prohibit the shifter from being fully in gear. An inexpensive check.
