The arm is stripped in what way?

Not sure what you mean by stripped (since it's not screwed on) so since I'm having to guess, I'd say that the part you need to fix it is:

I'll assume he's saying it's stripped here.

Mopar1 is correct. It's rounded off behind that nut so the arm there just moves around that shaft it connects to. I'll take it off and post a pic if I can

Srry noobz347 was right. Hounded what I'm saying though?? It's behind the nut but the pedal arm itself that's rounded.

LOL

So what exactly is the problem 916? Can you describe better, what exactly is going on?

If all else fails, take a couple pics for us.

If you take the nut off the from the pedal arm from that picture where the circle is, you'll see that the the arm has a square cut out for it to attach to that shaft. That cutout is rounded. Never seen that happen. I'll try and get a pic up. Is it easy to put a pic in a post via smartphone?

Hmmm... that bushing that I linked above is for the quadrant end. You may have to take that pedal off and go to a machinist or welder to have that hole, 're-created'.

Other than that... junkyard.
