Clutch Pedal Switch

I have a mini fuse jumping the connections for the starter interrupt. The NGS will remain plugged into the switch and it functions when the clutch is pushed down. Am I good configured like this?

Sounds good. When I'm working on the car, I like to reach in the window and crank the engine. Another reason is, now and then if you stall it out at a light, you may need to open the throttle to get it started again, so its easier to put the trans in neutral, left foot on brake to keep car from rolling back down the hill, right foot on gas to get her going while cranking. I know I can get around the issue by using the parking brake too but more options are better for me. Yet another reason is the starter can be used to move the car in an emergency situation. Lets say theres an ignition or fuel problem that kills the engine and you're sitting in a dangerous position in the roadway and cant move since the engine wont run. You can put it in first gear and use the starter cranking the engine to limp the car into a safer position. Believe me, this has saved my ass before on other manual trans cars. With the starter interrupt hooked up, you cant do this.

While we all can make mistakes, I'm no idiot that needs big bother watching my every move. In fact, he takes away options that can save my life with his little safety features.

I'm ditching the starter interrupt. That's that.....

Thanks everyone for contributing to my thread.
