clutch pedal

if noticed that my clutch pedal has about 1/2 inch of play at the top of the pedal.... if it all the way up you can still pull it up 1/2 inch. it like it has slakw in the pedal or cable.... im sure everthing is still stock down there.. clutch is still good... but have to press the pedal down all the way to the floor and it grabs about 1/2 ich off the floor. first gear is real hard to get in to.... any one else have this prob...

Go and get

go and get a new Clutch Cable, Firewall Adj, and quadrant, sounds like you need one.
