well since things are nearing drive time i started hooking all the **** up to get reado to drive it, oddly when i put the clutch cable from the old car in the new one its nearly impossible to depress and requires my bodies entire force standing outside the car, it wasnt like this before, what could have cause this to happen, should i simply lube the cable or look for other issues, things that weirds me is how it worked fine when everything was in the other car, now everything from that car is in this one so should be the same right?

Are you sure you routed the cable correctly? If not, that can cause a super stiff pedal.

dont see how it could be routed incorrectly nothing is twisted and i didnt have to bend it, just followed the natural curve of the thing

How you run it through the K/motor mount area does matter. How is yours run?

What kind of cable is it? The parts store adjustables can be problematic and stiff.

Don't lube OEM cables (either stock or other ford cables that are retrofitted).

stock cable, i think i see the issue, has a little force put on it from not routing it through the k member rather than just running it up
