Clutch problems -- sound file

Alright, I'm sure a few of you have seen my post about the clutch problems, but here's a sound file of what it's doing so you guys can hear the squeaking noise coming from the clutch. any ideas after hearing the sound file?

Sounds like your clutch may possibly be going.If it does upgrade to
a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch.Centerforce makes great clutches
from what I have seen.

throwout bearing is bad and possibly pilot bearing is worn

Have u tried this: http://www.corral.net/tech/drivetrain/clutcha.htm I did this adjustment and now i have no more noise ! Also, Car shifts better,grabs better and for some reason seems faster ( maybe cus it is grabbing alot more ?). please try this before you do all what is mentioned here. It is most likely your throwout bearing which is like $15.00 but is a #@$#$ to install and most people drive it like that and it will last a good amount of time. It's kinda normal in a way. So ford say's...

That squeaking sound is definitely your throw-out bearing. Might as well take the opportunity to upgrade

Most after market throwout bearings r better then the ford stock junk ! Is that a surprise ? Not to me. Been like this since as far as i know 87-93's ..

I don't think its the throwout [release bearing]
If its the throwout bearing, it will get real loud and growly as soon as you start to depress the clutch. [you never mentioned this, but I'm assuming you would have if your car displayed this symptom]
Yours just kinda squeeks.

I meant you might as well upgrade the clutch while changing out the t/o bearing for the he l l of it

Get it fixed because I blew a tranny. It sounded like yours, dont revv or anything because you wont like to see your bell housing shattered all over the ground.

WOW! What a difference! My pedal was all mushy so after reading the tutorial I went outside and tried it myself. Its extremely easy. And just wow it made my pedal nice and tight again. I reccomend this to everyone.

I clicked it only once what about you guys?
