Clutch Problems

When I let out the clutch I get a bad vibration. This is only when you first start releasing, as it engages it stops. Any help?

Are you familiar with clutch chatter? If so, does it feel like chatter (that is what it sorta sounds like to me)?

Is it a new clutch?If it is it needs to break in.

I dont know how old the clutch is I just bought the car 2 weeks ago. It has 96000 miles on it. The release bearing is also rubbing the pressure plate somtimes when your foot is off the clutch. I dont know what chatter is but that would be a good way to describe what I feel. I only does it when the clutch starts to engauge.
