I am using the Ford Racing King Cobra clutch kit and had no problems with install and performance has been great (am using hydraulic clutch as well). Here's the link from Summit.

I would go with the McLeod personally. Just make sure you get the right size clutch for the flyhweel you have otherwise you will have to get a new flyhweel of have the flywheel machined so the clutch will fit. Just check the size of your current setup with the part number and you will know what size clutch you need.

Keep in mind, 5.0 10.5" clutchs take dowel pins.

You should have about 1/8" of free travel of the release lever before the release bearing contacts the pressure plate. This is somewhat more at the pedal, but gives you the exact positioning of the over-center movement of the pedal/assist spring if properly adjusted. 66 and later used a fixed-length upper clutch rod to assure that this dimension would always be perfect. If you have a 65, you can always retro fit one, as long as you have the adjustable lower rod.
