I just switched to a auto in my 67 and need to remove the clutch pedal. I removed all the brackets outside the car. Now I need to remove the pedal. Do I have to remove the brake pedal, I hope not. Also what else do I remove and if you have pics it would help, thanks

There should be a cotter pin that holds the pedal shaft in for the clutch; and yes, you will have to remove the brake pedal...cause you have to replace it with one for an auto.

You can sell the clutch and brake pedal for enough to pay for a new automatic trans brake pedal. While you're removing it, inspect the bushings in the pedal support, they do wear out.

OK, so I just laughed loud enough to disturb(and get a nasty look) from my cat! yeah, the pedals are different, but you should have no shortage of offers for them. Check ebay or on here for someone parting a car out....auto pedals are easy to find so dont get crazy with bidding!

Thanks, I already have an auto pedal so I'm good there. Are the clutch pedals worth anything?
