I cant get my rpms high enough or else i smell burned clutch What is the prob? its a new centerforce 1 clutch im using the 10 inch clutch can that 1/2 inch make a big difference from the 86 + stangs clutch?
Do you have your cable set up properly? There isn't any tension on the pressuer plate from the throw out bearing because the clutch fork is too tight is there? just an idea.
a friend of mine had this problem, and it ended up being that the installer (who also messed up my car) put his clutch in wrong, like he didnt push it in all the way or something. Take it back to whereever u got it put in and tell them to redo it.
a guy put it in i think he f-ed it up. Yea flywheel was resurfaced , new clutch cable . ...dont know what it is i will get it replaced when it get worse with a 86+ specs
