Well that is all your going to need that I can think of right there for the install. Get your stock flywheel resurfaced though (unless you got a new one like your title says "new flywheel") A local machine shop can do it for around $25 or $35 bucks on average.
I would expect to pay in the range of $200-300 dollars as a rough estimate...could be more or could be less. I would inquire your mechanic to see what to do.
