Cobra bumper apron, where can I buy it?

I am trying to find that black piece that is on the bottom of my front bumper. Mine is beat to hell and looking on American Muscle and LMR I cant seem to find them. Its just a plain ol piece of black plastic so I dont care who its from as long as its cheep
But you guys know what piece im talking about, no?
The piece thats rivited on the bottom of the front bumper that extends it down another 1.5" Its the Cobra version of the Mach1 front spoiler.
