Hi, I replaced the stock fuel pump in my 97 cobra with a 255. The new one must be for a gt since the box said 4.6 but the fuel intake was in a different location. I modified the holder an installed it...The car runs fine but when you park it over night you have to start it 4 times or so before it will keep running. It hits an dies. I tried turning the key a few times to "prime" it but same thing happens. Once it starts it's fine, if you shut it off an restart it soon it's fine. Any ideas? thanks.
