It's definitely an "HB". I checked it over and over because I knew the II doesn't have an HB trim code.
I checked top and bottom on the rad support for both positions but can't find it anywhere. I really think it's been removed because alot of things on the car are a little squirrely.
I haven't modded it much so most of it's flukes are someone else's doing and things I want to correct (shaved handles, absence of locks, horrible tint job, etc.)
Sounds like somebody "made" their own Cobra. It's really not a big deal, it's just an asthetics package. There isn't even a different body code for a Cobra like there is for a Mach 1.
As I said before, if you can get us some nice detailed pics of the outside of the car, and the interior, we can ID most of what you've got.
