Where is the best place to get the gaskets to install a Cobra intake on a 94 GT. I tried to get them from CJPony parts today but they didn't have them. I need the upper to lower, the lower to heads and the bolt kit. I am also going to be putting in Crane 1.7 rr at the same time. Will I need new valve cover gaskets or can I reuse the factory ones?
Also, can anyone tell me where there is a how to guide on the cobra intake, I found one on the Corral but I would like to read another if there is one out there. Thanks guys.

The cobra intake has the same ports and is the same to install as a stock intake. You should be able to get the gaskets and any local auto parts store.

you should be able to re-use your valve cover gaskets as long as they dont get damaged during removal. i re-used mine when i installed my 1.7 rr's and there is no leaks.

i got mine from murrays they had to order them but it only took a couple hours and then i found that www.50resto.com had the upper to lower for the cheapest. if you want to buy them seperately. and for the bolt kit just go to the hardware store. i tried to go to the dealer and they told me that the kit was on backorder with no expected ship date.

Your local Ford dealer is another option. The Cobra intake is identical (gasket-wise) to the Explorer intake - both use the same lower. Just as for the intake related gaskets for a 96 5.0L Explorer.
