Ive been working on my 92gt for about three days now not knowing what to do. I purchased a cobra intake kit and had no problems installing manifold it self my problem is the tubes that previously had a place on the stock HO engine dont any more. Maybe someone has installed one of these on a gt and can tell me what to do with all the tubes. it would be greatly appreciated.

IIRC, the only diffence with the cobra intake is the position of the vacuum lines and the fact that the upper doesn't require a EGR spacer.

The coolant lines that pass trough the spacer, is this what you are refering to? You can search for a write up on installing an intake by searching for '5spd GT'

Edit: I couldn't find the post I was looking for, but I did find this post with another very good write up in it. =>http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=585170&highlight=Intake+Install

OR

=>http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=574632&highlight=Intake+Install

OR

=>http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=575543&highlight=Head+Install

(Probably don't need all of the information contained in this write up, but it's still one of the best)

OH, check this out too! :SNSign:

On the OEM 93 Cobra intake (I've heard rumors about the new Chinese verison not having the same number of vacuum ports as the original) the charcoal canister tube hooks up to the port on the front of the intake on the built in EGR spacer. As stated earlier, since the EGR spacer is built into the intake there are no EGR coolent lines for the Cobra intake. Just connect the EGR coolent lines together and you're good to go.
