My '94 cobra and your '94 cobra are classics. They made about 12,000 5.0 cobra's in the SN95 chassis. Ford made over 1,000,000 mustangs in the first two years of production. Look at the 65-66 GT's, they are worth a whole lot, A K-code is worth even more. They made a whole lot more GT's in 65-66 than cobra's in 94-95.
Some people might say that comparing a 65-66 to a 94-95 isn't fair, and I'll agree, the 94-95 is better in every way.
I ocassionally drive a car I love, I paid almost nothing for it, and it's a limited supply comodity. There will always be a market for it, so essentially it is a liquid asset. Even if I take a loss on it, I'm still ahead.
I probably look at it this way because I can't afford to trash it, I can't afford a car in the beginning of it's depretiation cycle. If it were my only car it would be different because it would have a purpose other than making me happy.
